Shipping Policy for Mad Apparel Streetwear

Where We Ship
We currently ship within North America only. This includes the United States (all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska), Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship to international destinations outside of North America at this time.
Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods for customers within North America:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $24.99
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Calculated at check out.
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Calculated at check out

Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $149 within North America.
- For orders under this threshold, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package via the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure all orders are delivered on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, high order volumes, or carrier-related issues(including stoppage of work due to strike). We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Mad Apparel is not responsible for any orders that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Mad Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are only able to ship within North America at this time.
